Recipe: Coleslaw

1/2 cabbage, chopped
1 big carrot, chopped
1 apple, chopped (optional)
1 small zucchini, chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp honey


In a large bowl add the cabbage, carrot, dill, parsley, as well as the zucchini and apple if desired. Toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, combine the liquid ingredientsl. Stir until well blended. Pour over the salad.
