Recipe: BBQ Peaches With Fresh Sheep Milk Cheese, Honey and Mint

½ c. Chevre, Mascarpone or whipped cream cheese
2-3 Tbs Honey
Sprigs of Mint
Get ripe but still firm peaches and cut in half. Grill on BBQ or grill pan until brown grill marks but not burnt. You want it warmed through but not falling apart. Take a dollop of chevre, mascarpone or whipped cream cheese and place in center of cooked peach. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with minced mint. Simple and delicious!
